Notice this club in the DB is listed as a Bermudan club, but it plays in the US.
Similar cases exist in other leagues, such as Wellington Phoenix (from NZ, but playing in Australian League) and Brunei (from Brunei, but playing in Malaysian league). In these cases, the clubs are identified as such:
Wellington Phoenix (AUS) - not (NZL)
Brunei (MAS) - not (BRU)
Shouldn't the Bermuda Hogges be (USA), not (BER) ?
Any thoughts?

No they are a bermudan club playing in the US, just like Puerto Rico is a Puerto-Rican club (and are representing Puerto-Rico in CONCACAF qualifying), same as all Canadian clubs who must have players of Canadian nationality. So your examples are different.

Do they play in a Bermuda League ?

My feeling is that there should be no problem to add clubs from one country under another country's league if they play there. Plenty of examples around the world. The one that I can come up is with the 7 cubs from Liechtenstein who all play in Swiss leagues. In addition, they have their own Liechtensteiner Cup. Actually, I have not looked up how is this resolved in PH.
A good idea would be to keep a club in its respective country if the club represents the country either in a local league or on an international level. If not, add the club to the country it plays in (like Monaco and the Welsh clubs in England).

No they play in the USL - How can they play in 2 leagues? They only have Bermudan players, other than the league I see 0 connection to the US.

Wellington Phoenix (AUS) - not (NZL)
Brunei (MAS) - not (BRU)
BTW Brunei should be definitely changed to BRU and NOT MAS. Wellington I'm not sure - do they have to have NZ players? If not then they're a Aussie club.

Why should it be changed? Brunei has it's own league, which Brunei FC does not play in. Plus, it doesn't consist solely of Bruneian players. The club plays in the Malaysian League. Wellington Phoenix is in the same boat, they also have multinational players.
If Hogges is all Bermudans, perhaps it's a special case then?
